Do you store donor card numbers?
No. Card payments run entirely through your existing PCI-DSS-compliant gateway. Takoha NZ acts on the processing result and never sees, logs, or stores actual card numbers.
Where does the money actually land?
Directly in your bank account. You connect to the AttractPay merchant services facilities and settle under your existing merchant services agreement — Takoha NZ does not sit in the flow of funds.
We run several branches. Do they all have to be set up the same way?
No. Configuration set at the organisation level flows down to every branch and terminal automatically, and any branch that needs its own gateway, branding, or amounts can override just that piece without affecting anyone else.
Which payment methods can donors use?
Cards, QR, and the major mobile wallets — WeChat Pay, Alipay and UnionPay — on the same screen. It means you capture international visitors and phone-only donors, not just people carrying a card.
How quickly do branding or campaign changes reach the devices?
